I promised some photos of why I need to do some hand filing and here they are. Image 1 shows the overall installation of the Inboard and Outboard Brackets. Image 2 is a closeup of the lower corner of the Inboard Bracket and shows that there won't be much clearance to what will eventually be the bucked head of a rivet. The ribs will be riveted in place first and the the brackets will be riveted to the ribs so I need the clearance. Image 3 shows the the lower corner of the Outboard Bracket and you can see that it is nearly in contact with the shims and backup structure around the leading edge cutout.
