This time I pre-heated the over for an hour before inserting the form with the Plexiglas and this time the Plexiglas drooped quicker. After 5 minutes in the 310 degree oven the inital "ironing" was to encourage the Plexiglas to flow around the form properly. The Plexiglas was returnd to the oven for another 4 minutes and ironed a second time to get it to lay down evenly and then it was returned to the oven for another 2 minutes. It then came out for one final Ironing to ensure it was smooth and against the form everywhere and was allowed to cool. Result: Two surprsingly good looking lenses with very good optical properties.
