After installing the retainer it was time to cut a new piece of 3/32" plywood for the skin of my new leading edge form. Used the same technique as before - wrapped masking tape around the plywood in the area to be cut to get a better edge finish of the circular saw cut. If you look closely at Image 1 you can see where I also used my big framing square to ensure I made a straight cut. Image 2 shows the new skin set in the retainer before being soaked in hot water, Image 3 is a closer look at the retainer holding the new 3/32" skin.
