More wing rib deburring. In image 3 you can see that I'm using my Dremel tool with a small conical shaped Scotchbrite tip. I saw online where someone cut up used Scotchbrite wheels and then used them with a Dremel tool to debur hard to reach areas. I cut up one of my Scotchbrite wheels with my bandsaw and then drilled a hole in the center to fit with one of my existing Dremel bits that is normally threaded into a buffing wheel. After scewing the Scotchbrite scrap onto the bit and inserting that into my Dremel tool I carefully shaped the tool by turning it with the Dremel tool against a larger Scotchbrite wheel that was in my bench grinder. I ended up with a Scotchbrite tool that was about 1/4 inch in diameter, 3/4 inch long with a pointed tip so it would fit between the flanges.
