I drilled the holes in the leading edge starting at the top of the rudder and worked my way to the bottom. Then I removed all of the clecos and tape and deburred all of the drilled holes. Not the easiest thing on the back side of the skins. After deburring I re-clecoed and taped the leading edge and proceded to blind rivet the leading edge. I worked each section of the leading edge independently starting at the bottom of the rudder. I started riveting each section in the middle and worked my way out to the ends alternating sides.
