Image 1 shows how I match drilled the aft end of the Flap Ribs to the Flap Bottom Skin. I quickly discovered that if you didn't support the tab at the aft end of Flap Rib when you tried to match drill to the lower Flap Skin you bent the tab. Image 2 shows how I clamped the Flap Drive Bracket Assembly to the Inboard Flap Rib and the Flap Spar. It took a little jockeying around to get it to fit up nice and tigh and flusht. Image 3 shows me match drilling the Flap Drive Bracket Assembly to the Inboard Flap Rib and the Flap Spar.
