Brief Description: Aft Spar Aileronn Doubler Match Drilling
Image 1 shows me completing the match drilling operation for the outboard Aileron Doubler. After drilling each hole I would add a cleco to ensure that the doubler stayed in place. Image 2 shows that after drilling the outboard Aileron Doubler and clecoing the Aileron Gap Seal in place, I found that I needed to trim the outboard doubler to clear the relief cut in the gap seal. You can see where I marked the desired cut line and how it left more than enough edge distance to the rivet hole. Image 3 shows me match drilling the right Aileron Gap Seal.
