After the Landing Light Lens cutout was roughed out using the hacksaw I filed the edges smooth using my files. Image 1 shows me using my Vixen file on one of the straight edges. Image 2 shows me doing a preliminary fit of the Landing Light Lens Frame in the cutout. from this I learned that I needed to do some additional filing on the inside edges of the frame spacers to match the cutout on the skin. After I had the edges matching up well, I matched drilled and clecoed the upper surface of the frame to the upper surface of the leading edge. Image 3 shows the frame with the upper surface clecoed in place and the bottom clamped in place and ready for match drilling.
