After rough cutting the Leading Edge Landing Light Cutour I needed to file the edges smooth starting with my Vixen file and finishing off with some Emery Cloth. This can be seen in Images 1 and 2. Image 3 shows the upper Landing Light Shim located and held fast to the leading edge by the side jaw-style Clecos. I will match drill the shim and the upper leading edge and then move the shims and lens support frame to the inside of the leading edge for match drilling of the lower surface.
