Time to fabricate a test article. The data I got from the internet says that the Plexiglas will shrink when it is heated and softened and since I didn't know ho much it would shrink I decided I need to make one to try out the form, the process, and see how much it shrank. Image 1 shows the peice of test Plexiglas inserted into the retainer on the form. Image 2 shows the form and Plexiglas right after they went into my oven set for 310 degrees F. Image 3 shows the Plexiglas after about 5 minutes in the oven - it has already started to droop. (Appologize for the dirty window on my oven).
