Brief Description: Preparing for the Stall Warning Kit
After working the one straight edge I decided it would be smart to get the corner radii in before doing the other edges. I used a Half-Round file from a set I bought from Avery Tools made by Nicholson. The files leave a coarse rather than a smooth finish so I will have to finsh up with some emery cloth. One thing that I learned the hard way is don't drop the small Rat-Tail file onto a congrete garage floor. The file itself broke so now it is pretty much unuseable.
