Used a piece of red oak to make a bending Form Block so that I can make good, straight bends on the two tabs on the elevator that will be adjacent to the outboard end of the Trim Tab. The photo shows the shape I wanted in solid lines and where I wanted the guide for my circular saw to be placed (to ensure a straight cut) are in dashed lines. I sanded a small radius on the bend edges of about 1/16 inch. In the end I didn't use this tool because I couldn't support the skin in a way that I was happy with.
