Brief Description:  Preparing the Elvators

Today was painting day. I soent several evenings during the week applying part number tags and cutting & bending short legths of safety wire to hand the parts from. I try to bend the safety wire in large radius loops to minimize the blockage when I'm spray painting - I think the larger radius makes it possible for me to find a direction that the paint can get past the safety wire and onto the part. In an attempt to improve my coverage I purchased two LED headlamps from Harbor Freight and fastened them to my spray gun aimed where I was spraying. It helped some but the real answer is to get more light into my paint booth.
