Cleco'd the R-904 Bottom Rib to the R-901 Rudder Spar and enlarged the 1/8" diameter hole to 3/8" diameter using progressively larger diameter drill bits finishing with the unibit. Fabricated the R-917 Shim from 0.032 thick 2024-T3 Alclad sheet per drawing 7. Used a 3/8" bolt and approximately 10 washers to secure R-405PD Rudder Horn to R-901 Spar.
