Cleco'd the HS-412PP and HS-413PP elevator hinge brackets to the rear spar assembly and drilled using #30 drill. Image 1 shows the brackets cleco'd to the rear spar assembly. Images 2 and 3 show the holes being matched drilled to #30.
Clamped HS-411BPP to VA-146 bearing and HS-411APP and Cleco'd the assembly to the rear spar assembly. Drilled four aft holes into HS-411 assembly. Cleco'd the HS-411BPP, VA-146 bearing and HS-411APP using the newly drilled holes and removed the HS-411 assembly from the rear spar assembly. Drilled the remaining two holes in the HS-411 assembly. Disassembled and deburred all parts.
