Put two supporting ribs onto spar to hold counterbalance. Drilled two holes to hold it onto the ribs and then put on the leading edge skin into place so you can back drill through holes already in the skin and into the counterbalance. Drilling taking a little longer because it is stainless steel.
On most airplanes they have flaps and ailerons on the wings but on the RV-12 they have combined them and they are called Flaperons. I'm not sure how they get them to work but I will before the 1st flight !!!
