After moving the inlets and putting on the cowl for the 100th time the copilot side still doesn't line up properly so I had to make some cuts in the inlet tube, bend it down and then put new fiberglass on the outside to hold it in place. Tomorrow will be the test to see how it looks. I have contacted the DAR ( person to do the final inspection) and should get it done next week or the week after. He has to check all the paperwork to make sure I didn't miss anything. Still have to finish sanding the cowl and paint it but that doesn't have to be done before the inspection. It can be flown without paint so that isn't a problem.
