Air inlet on the baffle covers did not line up with the cowl inlets as you can see in image1. Had to cut off the original one and make a new inlet with a flange so I could move it and get it to line up then fiberglass it back on. The new one was larger on one side so I had to cut the side out of the cover and add to it so the air wasn't restricted. Not a fun job. Had to do this for both sides.
