Carefully put the canopy into place on the frame after putting masking tape on the forward support. Mark where it has to be trimmed. I trimmed it with a dremmel tool with a metal wheel that had holes and shapes cut out and had grit bonded to it. It cut real nice and fast. Sand smooth the cut edges so it doesn't crack there. It is very sensitive to sharp edges and probably costs about $ 1000.00 if you break it. Put back on the frame to check for fit and then use a plexiglass drill to drill the canopy holes to line jup with the holes in the frame. Cleco each hole as you go to make sure nothing is moving.
