37-07 Cleco turtle deck skins into place. Put fuel neck flange into place and drilled through holes on turtle deck for mounting screws in flange. Installed 6 nut plates onto flange. Put sealant on flange and put fuel neck collar on pipe. Install assembly into place with sealant on flange. Attach to turtle deck with screws, then slip collar into place and tighten hose clamps to secure onto fuel tank. 25-05 Carefully slide the aft window into place and cleco to the turtle deck skins. Match drill the holes on the forward edge into the roll bar. These holes will be opened up and tapped to 6-32 threads later to secure the window. Cleco each hole after you drill it to make sure that everything lines up later. Rivet the turtle deck skins to the fuselage. Carefully remove the aft window. So far no problems. Holes in the window have to be opened up next for clearance for the screws.
