Fabricate rudder pedal rigging stop. Temp attach rudder cables to pedals. Attach rudder cale links to other end of cable at the rudder. Put rigging stop into place in cockpit, center the rudder and pull cable links tight and clamp onto rudder horn. Mark the links for the hole, remove and drill to proper size and cut off excess material to length, radius the end. Bolt the links to the rudder pedal arm mounts and then bolt the other end of cable to rudder horn. Make sure that the cable attach hardware will move freely and put light coat of grease on the bolts.
