Press (4) AN490HT11P-SDM -0.634 ends with male thread shafts into flaperon pushrod tubes. Mark, drill and rivet each end. Screw on rodends and adjust to proper length. Install flaperon pushrods into place in fuselage and attach with bolts,washers and nuts. Seperate and debur flap handle spacer and fork. Rivet parts together. Attach fork assembly to flap handle tube. Clamp drill and rivet together. Attach flap detent bracket angle to flap detent bracket stop and bottom plate. Rivet detent bracket assembly together
