Cut cowl hinge to proper length. Dimple as required all holes in the F-1201A firewall upper. Prep Upper FWD Fuse Doubler F-1201p by dimpling holes for nut plates.Countersink holes in same part for hing mounting rivets. Dimple and rivet all nut plates to the F-1201A Firewall Upper. Attach nut plates to the F-1201R Antenna Shelf and then rivet to the Firewall Upper. Dimple called out holes in the bottom flange of the F1201A Firewall upper, then rivet as hown in Fig 1, 29A-03 Put layer of fuel tank sealant on upper surface of bottom flange of the F1201A Firewall Upper and then rivet as shown in Fig 1 29A-03.
