Brief Description: Finish seat backs, work on rudder/brake pedals
Cleco all parts into position, Drill #12 in lower seat back angles ( 1 each side ) Deburr holes, put in bolts in the #12 holes. Rivet everything together. Note 2 outside rivets on top of seat back are longer than normal. Cut and bend hinge pins per instructions and install seat backs into fuselage. Completed Section 26. 27-02 Split rudder petal blocks with bandsaw and marked them to keep together. Put rudder petal shafts into blocks and bolted together as instructed. Inserted pedal brake tubes and brake cyinders into position and drilled through brake pedals and shafts for bolt hole. Bolted rudder pads into position with bolt locking brake pedals into position.
