Assemble the brackets onto the bulkhead doubler and the tail skid bracket and rivet everything onto the fulselage bulkead. Attach the hinge brackets with the bearings onto the assembly. Check the fit of the stabilator assembly to the hinge brackets on the bulkhead assembly and super glue the spacer washers in place.
