Marty came to help this morning glue the right side door shells together. We followed Tim Olsen's documented procedures which really helped especially in the "what quantities" area. Each shell edge and window parameter were wetted out as was the parabeam material for the upper and lower cavities. Then the outer shell surfaces and window area was treated with cab-o-sil to thicken the epoxy while adding strength. I placed two clecoes at the bottom of the door followed by two above the window opening...then Marty and I clecoed the unit to the fuselage. The top was taped per instructions and I used four ziplock bags of silica sand to weight the top. Plan is to give it 48 hours to cure. Marty plans to return Friday morning to help with the other door.
