I finished my brake/rudder pedal rough-in this morning. I added a rubber grommet in an existing lightening hole in the bracket that supports the center of the welded pedal structure. I did this because I have upgraded to Bonaco high pressure performance braided lines. These lines come highly recommended as a big quality improvement...and a time saver. Well, everything has a price, but these did deliver a quality installation. I will remove all of this in order to shoot my finish interior coat. Also there are some brake brackets that need to be primed. Next the rudder cables were installed...and it was pretty straight forward. The fairings that I added when I built the empennage, makes it look really nice where it comes out at the rudder horn. I plan to add fairings on the inside by at the tunnel exit to dress it up a bit too.
