I completed Vans Service Bulletin (SB) 16-03-28. Had to remove both ailerons and trim a piece of aluminum so I can verify there are no cracks in the spar or aileron support bracket that secures the inner aileron. By removing the small sliver of aluminum, the ailerons will not have to be removed in the future to inspect. The SB will remain active for the life of the plane.. Vans strongly recommends NOT adding doublers until absolutely required.
