I removed the cotter pin on the nose assembly and tightened it to 29-30 lbs and installed a new pin. AEROLED tech told me to break the NAV/Position/Strobe ground at the tail and wing tip locations to reduce static heard on the GTN650. I removed the ground and installed a new pin to the connector so the ground wire goes through the shield. I reset the sic screws on the prop governor which will make it easier to do my final adjustment in a few hours. I put fuel in the tanks. 22 each side, ready to go. I plotted the cylinder temperature progress. Looking good. The last flight of 1.2 hours used 15.3 gallons of fuel and about 1/4 qt of oil. The grease seal is still holding from when I tightened it two flights ago.
