First flight RPM got to 2550 so I turned the prop screw CCW 2 turns..resulting in a max RPM Of 2610. I gave it another turn today and will see what it does. The idle RPM was 550 so I turned the low idle stop screw on the fuel servo 1/2 turn CW which should increase the RPM 100 to 650. Ultimately, I want 750-800 RPM low idle. I tested the side pull on the nose wheel and it was 20 lbs. Spec is 26. I ordered another washer from Vans. Rotational pull on the nose wheel should be between 2.5-3.7 lbs. was 0.5 which is why a little grease was spun out. George at MATCO said to pull the securing pin, tighten the nut till it is in spec and monitor it. I tightened it and it checked out at 3.7 lbs before the tire turned. I pulled the cover off the tunnel and check for fuel and brake leaks....was dry. Installed the nose fairing.
