I used paper to make a pattern of the large gap between the baffling underside and front right side of the engine block. Tracing that pattern, I cut a piece of aluminum the same thickness as my baffling from some stock I had. After trimming and polishing to make it fit perfect, I drilled some holes in the main baffling and match drilled the gap filler. Next was alumiprep, alodine, prime and finish paint. Once dry, I installed with blind rivets. I left a 1/16" gap under it to be filled with high temp RTV to help with vibration which will be applied went the paint is totally cured
