For the RV-10 builder want-to-be...be prepared to do a lot of block sanding. Today spent the entire day block sanding the cowling. I found quite a few little voids that will need to be filled while I am doing the fairing work for the oil service door and side medallions. I also started to sand the upper inside. I brushed a layer of epoxy a few months ago to seal the glass...but need to prep it for a coat of white paint. The lower cowling will get covered in reflective foil.
