Started to work on my shore power connection. I drilled out 6 AN426 fuselage rivets and made a doubler template out of .025. When all my fit up is done, I will make the real doubler out of .032. The template is to help keep things aligned. It will be far easier to make a door and use it to cut a hole in the fuselage rather try to fit a door to an existing opening....with a doubler in the way. Also, when done, the doubler will be riveted on all around its perimeter and be alodined and primed.
