I reinstalled the APU access door and components after remaking the door and door support. After making sure the new door worked well, I drilled the rest of the rivet holes and secured them with #40 clecos. Next, I removed the hinge pin and measured the diameter and then made a replacement that was long enough to safety after installation. To be able to remove the hinge pin later, I drilled an 1/8" access hole in one of the fuselage skin bends. I will safety the hinge pin after final installation. Next I started to figure out how to install and secure the connector.
