Sanded all the vertical/horizontal door channels smooth. The channels are ready to prime paint. I spent quite a bit of time on the door hinge recessed on the upper cabin. The goal was to clean up the openings, leaving the surface smooth. I also made sure the recess width would allow the hinge to move 1/32" (no binding). I used a fiberglass trowel to smooth on a layer of epoxy to start the pin hole filling process. On the right aft section, this was the second pass. There was significant pin hole filling, but I see the need for yet another layer after sanding it smooth.
