I sanded the layer of epoxy and the two part epoxy primer off to the base. As I hoped, the two part epoxy primer combined with the epoxy top coat filled the pin holes just fine. I was also happy to see the prime coat was a real bear to sand off....very durable. Next I applied an epoxy layer to the other 1/2 of the door and 1/2 of the second door. I only did 1/2 door so that I could use gravity to make sure the epoxy did not run out onto the window.
