Using the radius gages I made a couple weeks ago as a guide, I shape/sanded (#80) the epoxy/micro on the windscreen fairing. Took 6 1/2 hours to get it to the desired shape. NOTE: don't put on so much next time...takes a long time to sand down. Once done, I cleaned and prepped a few "small blemishes in the surface. I think some of the blemishes would have been removed by finish sanding, but I wanted to make sure. Once cured, I will start sanding with finer grit paper until I get a good finish.
