I sanded the right aft window joint, vacuumed and treated the plexiglass edge with a propane torch. I precut fiberglass for the two forward corners and also one large semi-circle for the window aft. Using West Systems GFlex, I laid two layers of BID fiberglass and covered them with Clean Peel. I then reset the protective cover for the right door window and sanded the window joint smooth. When finished, I mixed up some GFlex/cabosil and leveled the couple low areas so the fiberglass would lay flat when installed. When done, I finished sanding the front windscreen joint revealing the aft edge of the protective tape. The tape will be removed during the fiberglass finish process.
