I sanded the door to .014 gap between the door and cabin. After reinstalling the door, I cleaned all surfaces and covered the door edge with vinyl tape. The tape was then treated with mold release to assist in the opening. I applied the tape in such a way that if the door was stuck, I could release the door by removing the tape. Next, I applied an 1/8" layer of epoxy/micro mixture. After it was leveled, the door was closed and the surface gap was topped off. I plan to let it set 24 hours before continuing. I am getting good at taking the door off and reinstalling.
