he vinyl tape and mold release allowed the door to pop right open. I sanded off the ledge impression left by the door contact and after removing the tape, there was a .007 gap (tape thickness). Starting to look very good. I then added a washer under the guide pin block to help guide the door to its final target. That worked well also. Next, I added vinyl tape and mold release to the forward jam and checked all the bolts for final torque. Once complete, I added 1/8" layer of epoxy/micro, closed the cabin door and topped it off. Tomorrow, I plan to sand it level as well and them do the upper door.
