Rough sanded the right aft door jamb area and around the right aft window knocking off the high peaks and cleaning the edge so the door could be closed without interference. I mixed 62 grams of epoxy and used a little to wet out around the right forward window. After adding micro, I placed it around the window about 1/8" thick. I mixed a second 62 gram epoxy/micro batch and finished around the window. 1/8" thick layer should be enough to start the fairing process. Micro is very easy to sand and most will come back off. The goal is to maintain .015 gap around the door until all the fairing work is complete and then adjust the door gap to its final dimension.
