Flew 1.3 hours today in the Piper Archer. With the time left, I rough sanded the right side threshold. Once done, I added 1/8" epoxy/micro on the bottom of the door to eliminate a few minor ripples in the skin. The ripples are so slight, a light is needed to see them. Again, 95% of this will be removed in the fairing process.
