I installed all the fuselage covers that were painted a couple days ago and covered them with towels and wood in preparation to setting the cabin cover. I decided to upgrade my 3/8" aluminum fuel line run from the fuel tank connection to the tunnel bulkhead connection to a SS braided line from TSFlightline. The original 3/8" line was fastened by two brackets and two bushings. In order to install the 5/16" line the brackets had to be enlarged and the bushings changed to 5/16". My small air drill, socked and uni-bit fit right in and opened the holes to the right size. With that done, I set the fuel lines aside to continue with preparation of the cabin cover install. I spent some time today adjusting the Aerosport cabin liner fiberglass sub panel so I can cover it with the gray foam backed headliner I got from Aerosport.
