Cleaned and countersunk the cabin fasteners, and all the chamfers on the cabin cover aft of the door jamb for fit. I installed (AN4704-5 rivets) the forward jamb support bracket which locks in the forward jamb at the correct angle. I also removed the left avionics fan to gain access to install the two AN3-5A bolts and self locking nuts/washers. I was happy to see that the holes on the top cover still line up perfectly. I then test fit (again) the fuselage aft top between the cabin cover and tail section. It too fit well. I plan to add a 1/16 bead of pro-seal on the cabin just aft of the rivet holes to help it be water tight.
