Brief Description:  Cabin install

Today, kris and I installed the cabin cover for the final time. The cabin threshold was set on cotton (gray tinted) flox/epoxy and bolted to the fuselage. As the inside set, it was shaped into a nice radius. The forward and aft jams were treated the same way, and again a nice radius was formed on the inside after each section was bolted in place. The aft cabin section was clecoed and then blind rived in place along with the aluminum backing strip added to help support the rivets. I was surprised how fast the "slow" epoxy set. I used 5 of my West Systems 810 caulk tubes in the process. I installed the windscreen support bracket which fell right in place.
