I installed the left rear side vent. Installation went much quicker then right side. The key to installing the Aerosport vents is to undersize the vent opening by1/4" all the way around until you see where the inner channel lays. Aerosport has you cut the panel tight, but THAT leaves no room for adjustment. The left side, now finished, looks as nice as the right side. I also cut and installed another piece of 3/4" SoundEX aircraft insulation. Great stuff! I called SoundEX to order a little more for the area behind the arm rest on the left/right side of the fuselage. This area can only be 1/4" thick. Gene, at SoundEX has been great to work with and will ship my order today. I also located and drilled the 1/4" holes for the leather covered inserts. They were wrapped and put away and will be installed after the panels are painted.
