I fit the forward side panels to the NACA vents and then drilled/sized them for the Vans vents. Next they were painted 3x with GM trim black. Once dry, I used pro-seal to attach them into their final position. Unlike the rear, I used three clecos to secure them until the pro-seal cures. I plan to just fill the holes with fiberglass in a week or so. Next I cut the insulation for the area around the rear side vents. I used 1/4" SoundEX in the center where I needed the clearance and tied it all together with aluminum tape.
