Temperature is 82° which is perfect for working on the transparencies (window). I shaped the right aft window and smoothed the edge with 220 sand paper to help avoid cracks in the future. Where the two surfaces bond was also scuffed with 220 paper. I spent a ton of time getting the vest fit, and when done looks pretty good. The windows will be installed with Lord Adhesive and will take 24 hours to cure, I plan to give them an extra 24. Tomorrow I plan to glue this one in place and start on one of the doors. After the right rear cures, I will reuse all the clamps I made on the left side.
