78° today working on the right door window. Cut, trimmed, sanded, taped, sanded many, many times today getting the window to fit just right. I scuffed the mating surfaces with 220 paper and covered the edges to protect the edges. I rehearsed the window process and noticed that when I added the weight to the window) to help hold the glass until it cured), that the weight if the sand changed the arc of the door....which is not good. To fix that potential problem, I built a rack to cradle the door during the glass layup process so that the door arch stayed the same. Unlike the cabin aft window, the door only required washers in four areas....all other areas were already nearly flush and will be fine once the Lord Adhesive is applied.
