95° and 80% humidity.....nice to swim, but instead I removed the pilot door and sanded the window recessed area. Then spent a lot of time getting the window trimmed to fit. Once it fit, I installed #6 washers to bring it up to flush. After sanding the mating surfaces, smoothing out the edges and taping off the edges for protection, I used Lord Adhesive to install them. All this sounds so easy...but it was really a job to complete.
